I ve keeping getting a tingling feeling at tip of penis/foreskin. I had sex but with a condom and the next day it began. No pain with urination or discharge. Had sex again and it hurt for at one point. Worried about std even though used a condom or foreskin irritation. It s been 2 weeks. Was getting better but came back
