What Causes Tingling Sensation From Right Shoulder To Wrist?

I have tingling sensation in my right arm, from my shoulder to wrist. My doctor gave me muscle relaxers and said he thought the issue is in my neck. He said to give it a couple of weeks and if it doesn t subside, come back to his office. Any ideas as to what the issue may be?
