What Causes Tingling Sensation In Anal Region Along With Flatulence?

I have an weird sensation in my anus it felt like some kind of movement at first like I had worms or something and was very sore to sit or touch, but now it just feels like tiny air bubbles coming out of my anus and sometimes travel to my vagina with still some soreness. Is this something I should be concerned about?
