What Causes Tingling Sensation In Arm After Getting Blood Test?

Hi Doc,I just went for a blood test; but as the nurse put the needle in I felt a sharp pain and tingle at inside my right elbow - where he put the needle - at my wrist ( top end of the radius) respectively. Ever since ( 2 days now), I have felt the tingly sensation anytime I try lifting weights. I don't feel any paint any part though.I want to know if this is serious and need to be looked at or if it will 'heal' with time.
