What Causes Tingling Sensation In Arms After Getting An Electric Shock?

I was at work earlier today doing a hi-pot test on hair clippers. When I was using probes to test. I took one probe and had to touch a medal strip and the touch the prongs of the plug with the other probe and when i did that i got shocked with 1500 volts. Since then I ve had a bunch of tightness and tingling on my left side. Its to the point i can hardly lift my arm. What should i do.
