What Causes Tingling Sensation In Chest On Being Diagnosed With Flu?

I am female, age 50 and have already had my gallbladder removed. I am having tightening type of pain under my right breast that was very similar to the pain I had during my gallbladder attacks. I have recently had the flu. I am not yet back to 100% after suffering from the flu. Should I be concerned? I do not rush to the doctor because I do not have health insurance and I do not have any money to pay a doctor right now.
