What Causes Tingling Sensation In Face And Headache?

husband was told he had bells palsy, how ever reg. doc said didn't think so. did have head cold now gone. no drooping of face muscles just constant tingle and now headache. was first told bells palsy on the 9th, went to reg doc on the 13th put on steroid, nothing has improved or changed. did also see chiropractor on the 9th before all symptoms began.
