What Causes Tingling Sensation In Foot Along With Bruised Swelling After Injury?

Should there be tingling sensation in my foot i fell off of a chair it bruised up and swelled. I been taking 600 mg of ibuprofen and icing it. And hurts to walk but still trying to with a limp. I havent gone to doctor yet cuz i figured i just sprained it pretty good its been 4 days now and pain is the same and keep Getting this tingling feeling just cant find a position that gives me comfort
