What Causes Tingling Sensation In My Body?

I have tingling sensations in all areas of my body whenever I touch something. If I put my legs together, a tingling sensation radiates through my inner thighs. It only happens when my skin comes in contact with something but is not limited to any specific area of my body - it really is everywhere. Help!
