What Causes Tingling Sensation In Penis?

hi, im adam in 19 years of age, male, i had protected sex about 2 months ago and about 3 days ago i had itching on my testicles but i am prone to thrush, that has gone now, however this morning i have had very mild tingeing in my penis, i cant stop worrying about it, and keep stressing i have been to a gum clinic a few weeks ago and was tested for chlamydia, gonorrhoea ect, and was told i am fine, do you know what could be causing this.
