What Causes Tingling Sensation In Spine Radiating To Chest?

I experienced strong electrical jolts and extreme tingling sensation from upper spine through my left shoulder blade and left side chest down to my left elbow after shoveling and digging holes in yard. sometimes the pain triggers when I lift my arm overhead or lying down. did I injure my spine or shoulder or both?
