What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Head?

Hi, The last few months I ve been experiencing an zap or an electrical shock in my frontal left side on my head, sometimes I get it on the front right side as well. They only last for around 15-30 secs, but I noticed that it s becoming a lot more frequent I m not on any medication and do not suffer from anxiety. I ve also realized that I zone out a lot as well. These zone out episodes happened frequently as well, at least once a day.
