What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Vagina And Anus?

hi i have something tickling,feeling coming out in my anus and its moving and it goes to my vagina. i try to wipe it but i dont get anything. i take combantrin but i think it did not work i still have the same feeling coming out in my anus and vagina. what is this?
