What Causes Tingling Sensation In Vagina During Urination?

A few days ago whenever I had to pee I would be an intense tingling sensation in my vagina but it would go away a few minutes later and nothing was wrong with my urine, no blood or anything unusual so I ignored it. Today, I went to urinate and it was CLEAR, not even a hint of yellow and the tingling sensation lasted a tiny bit longer and was more intense. Later the same day I go to use the bathroom and blood is now coming out with the clear urine. I'm 17, have no cuts or wounds on my genitals, not on any medication, a virgin, never had an std/sti, no diabetes or serious medical condition and my period ended 2 days before the symptoms appeared. I've never had an irregular cycle, missed period or any irregularity. I travelled 2 days ago and had a major change in diet to just mainly fruits, nuts and healthy things, not much meat if that helps
