What Causes Tingling Sensation In Vagina With Back Pain?

I had a baby in 2008... A couple of months later i began to have significant low back pain which turned into bladder spasms and incontinence. I went through pelvic strengthening PT which didn't work. Now i have occastional tingling in my vaginal "lips" and now i have little to no orgasm. I have had lumbar and thoracic MRI's which were normal, I have been through significant testing with a urologist with no findings.
