What Causes Tingling Sensation On Arm With Itchy Skin On Legs, Ankles?

I have a tingling sensation in my left arm and have had it for several days. The same sensation after circulation has been cut off and is returning. I am 59 years old, female and slightly overweight. I also have itchy skin, mainly on my legs and ankles and ocassionally on my back.
