What Causes Tingling Sensation On Back, Legs And Arms?

I am experiencing tingling thoughout my body, legs, arms, back, slightly painful but ongoing and moving all over my body. I do not have any chest pain to speak of but the rest of my body feels strange. I am cold although I am indoors. The cold spells go away and then return. No fever whatsoever. I am being treated for a sinus infection and have been taking an antibiotic for one week. I do experience a little sweating and then chills. The sensation moves from one part of my body to another.
