What Causes Tingling Sensations All Over Body And Numb Finger Tips?

hello,
I was just looking up my symptoms.. I have tingling sensations all over my body. and came to this article. i have numbness on my finger tips lately. my vision is blurred and have bladder problems. these symptoms are freaking me out! what should I do to make sure my symptoms have nothing to do with multiple sclerosis?thanks!
