What Causes Tinnitus Along With Loss Of Hearing?

Hi, a few nights ago I awoke to a sharp pain in my left ear, since then i ve experienced slight hearing loss in it along with ringing, my right eye has also been twitching quite frequently, any idea what this could be? When I left the house this morning everything seemed extra bright and I noticed that certain colours seemed more pronounced.
