What Causes Tinnitus Along With Poor Hearing?

I have a weird broken speaker sound in my ear.it just happened suddenly.when i put my finger right outside my earhole i can strongly hear the touching sound.even a little pressure..i can slightly feel like something is dripping? My hearing has become really sensitive.even the slightest touch to my canal is bothersome.my dad always puts the music full blast and.and today he put a big speaker...it has been on since the morning.its really bothering me.
