What Causes Tinnitus Along With Tingling Sensation In Face, Fingers And Toes?

I have felt a sensation of loud silence in my ears for some time now, and it is constant all day. i have also experience tingling sensations in my face, fingers, and toes along with headache that can last all day. This has been going on for about one month and half. I m staring to get concerned about this problem. Any help would help. Thank you!
