What Causes Tiny Blisters On Face?

Hi I have a set of tiny blisters on my face. I don't believe they are fever blisters but I am not sure. I got a sunburn on my face the other day and when my face started peeling i put lotion on that spot and later that day my face became red and itchy in that spot and now I have this blisters.
