What Causes Tiny Blisters On The Face?

Hello doctor,

my name is namarata and i am 24 year old married woman with obesity problem.

for the past one week i am having small tiny blisters on my forehead, around the nose in the cheek and in my lower chin at times when i go out in the sun the area surrounding my mouth burns and at times it itches, also i am havig red rahes under my breasts and they subside when i apply caladrel.i am having a itchy scalpy for the past two/three months.....

i also feeel for the past few days that my skin is dry i am using medimix for my body an dhimalaya neem face wash for my face.

please help me .i am in fix.i get these small tiny bilsters at some vague parts of mmy body like the folding of hands, underarm etc.
