What Causes Tiny Boils And Skin Peeling On Leg And Hand?

Hi....I have tiny boils on the my leg palm and upper skin of my hand. Also the upper skin of my hands peel once in 3 months that is when i get boils on hand. I am confused as some doctors say it is vitimain deficiency and some dont know they said it might be allergy. Please help me out on this.
