What Causes Tiny Bumps All Over The Arms And On My Feet?

I suddenly have bumps that look like tiny mosquito bites but they are indeed not I know what those bites look like . They are scattered all over my arms and some on my feet . Some are just bubbled , some are scabby . I m nervous because I work in a nursing home .
