What Causes Tiny Bumps On Chest And Neck?

hi a couple months ago I have noticed these little tiny bumps all over my chest and neck.... I am curious to what this actually mite be...they do not itch ever ....I do not know what it is... and how do I get rid of them They seem to never go away..and like they multiplied
