What Causes Tiny Bumps On The Labia Minora?

for about a week ive had these really tiny bumps on my labia minora. they are the same color as my skin and they do not itch. there is no drainage but when i go to the bathroom and wipe it stings a little. i have not had sex in a while and i really do not think its an STD but you never know. The bumps are scaring me. Any idea of what they are or could be???
