What Causes Tiny Flesh-colored Bumps On The Forehead And Jawline?

I dye my hair regularly and nothing has ever come up. Sunday I dyed my hair. Wednesday morning or so, I woke up and found tons and tons of tiny flesh-colored bumps on my forehead and a few on my jawline. I've put polysporin on it, then I tried acne-medication (just in case oil on my face caused it), but nothing worked, so I'm starting to get worried.
