What Causes Tiny Red Dots On Fingers During Postpartum?

hii am 4 month postpartum from the last couple of month i am noticing some tiny red dots appearing on mostly inner side of hand fingers they stays for sometime and then fades. ... with my both pregnencies i had cherryangioma ... tiny dots redi am also suffering from heavy, long periods since this delivery but dr said gve it some time as its common after birth , but i am mainly so much concerned about these tiny red dots which comes and goes , can u help me pls .
