What Causes Tiny Red Pinprick Dots On Feet And Ankles?

Ok so I have UC and am on Humira... I have recently noticed tiny red pinprick dots on my feet and ankles that don't fade when pressed on ... they look like petechiae and i was wondering can humira cause this or is this a symptom of a more serious condition? and should i be persistent in trying to get an appointment asap or should i seek emergency care?
