What Causes Tiny Red Spots All Over The Body?

Hi,im 27, female, white, 163cm tall, 52kg. ive got hundreds of tiny red spots, not itchy, not raised-all over body, mostly legs and arms and lower back. they acured 4days ago, i was under lot of stress, almost not sleeping or eating at all, drinking quite a lot. Could the stress cause it? thank you. L.
