What Causes Tiny Red Spots On Cheeks And Eye Sockets?

my son is 11 years old. He has tiny red spots on his cheeks and by his eye sockets and down his neck. He has been vomiting since 5 am this morning. Any fluid given comes back up within minutes. He is pale. He has just come back from caravan hol with other family, all of which are fine.
