What Causes Tiny Red Spots On The Breasts, Stomach And Back?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have red tiny spots on my breasts, stomach, back & neck. I also have patchy red spots that start to peel. I'm on an oral & topical lamasil for 2 days now. It doesn't seem to be helping. It's not spreading in the tree form like pityriasis. My dr said it could b fungul or viral. Is there anything I can do? I also noticed a flakey patch in my genital area.
