What Causes Tiredness Along With Chest Twinge Post Heart Attack?

My partner had a heart attack on boxing day, had stent put in and was put on medication. He has no follow up care yet other than visiting Gp. He now has bruises on his arms and on inner edge of left eye near his nose. He has had letter to go for cardiac rehabilitation in March, but he is constantly tired, gets occasional chest twinge, breathlessness at times. Should be see his Gp again? Should he see his consultant again.
