I haven t been feeling very well. very tired high anxiety. hot flashes really bad I am only 29 yrs old and have hypothyroid problem. I am not receiving any medical treatment. and nose just all of a sudden start bleeding ears ringing and carrying a headache. can you tell me how to get past this
