What Causes Tiredness And Headache?

I thought I had a cold, blocked nose and headache. But today feeling nauseous and weak. My nose not running anymore just this really tired feeling and constantly thinking I am going to be sick. Been taking nurofen cold and flu. Don't know what it is.
