What Causes Tiredness And Increase In Body Temperature After Taking Prostinor?

Hi, I took prostinor 2 last month and my period came earlier one week but only in brown color and lesser in volumn. I took prostinor 2 this month again and my period came earlier 2 weeks now, is it normal? by the way, i feel very tired since one week ago and my body temperature increased every night, is that normal too?
