What Causes Tiredness And Pain Under Lower Rib?

I am having pain under my lower L rib and have bile coming up. Also i m VERY tired, can barely stay awake. I haven t had any spicy food to eat and I don t drink alcohol. I do have hx of IBS & spastic collitis. Any comments/ideas would be appreciated
