What Causes Tiredness And Sweating Along With Fatigue?

I was stabbed with a butcher knife to my right heal of foot I lost a lot of blood but I was threatened if I seeked help.I got it looked at two weeks later , I cleaned and put butterfly stich myself .it was two inches deep .by the time I went to hospital they just looked at it and said it looked good.they just gave me a techno shot an send me home...I have been feeling really week no strength sweats fatigue.i don t feel myself
