What Causes Tiredness And Tender Breasts Before Menstruation?

i am feeling very tired, my breasts feel tender, the due date of my period is close at hand, had some sneezing bouts of lately, yesterday blood check showed 19% eosinophils, could I be pregnant & with eosinophilia? Will the medications affect my pregnancy? I am 36, 5 ft, 50kg. On Metformin for PCOD since Dec 2010
