What Causes Tiredness, Breathlessness And Heart Palpitations After Discontinuing Birth Control Medication?

End of Jan I went off my birth control med and shortly after I started feel tired, short of breath and sometimes I feel like my heart is pounding. I dodn't feel bad I just don't feel right ??? I take thyroid med could it need adjusting - could it be causing these symptons?
