What Causes Tiredness, Dizziness, Slight Cough And Chest Pain?

I've been feeling really tired and sometimes dizziness and slight cough no fever I walk 3-4 miles a day sometimes I have a slight pain in my chest I've also noticed a funny taste in my mouth off and on and I drink a lot of water but I'm always thirsty should I make a drs appointment?
