What Causes Tiredness, Frequent Urination And Lower Back Pain?

Hi.. I am trying to have a baby.. My menstrual cycle is not due for 10 more days but u just don t feel myself.. I m tired, really thirsty, urinating during ye night.. Lower back pain and weird feeling in lower abdomen.. Is it possible I m pregnant? Last month my period was late so I did 2 home test which were born positive but 3 days later I bled heavily for 7 days.... But is it possible now with my symptoms I am pregnant? I did a test but was negative but I just think it s to early to show?
