What Causes Tiredness, Headache And Frequent Urination?

hi lately i have been feeling tired alot even when it seems like i've slept good and also i have had a headache and i have been urinating alot. i took a pregnacy test and it came back negative. i dont know if it was to early but i also seemed to have gotten a period although i know some women bleed in their first trimester which can be thought of as a period. what can this be?
