What Causes Tiredness, Incomplete Sleep, Cold Hands And Low Libido?
I'm a 23 year old male with some symptoms that are starting to really get to me.
1)Tiredness
2)Low quality sleep
3)Cold Hands
4)Libido is 25% as powerful as it used to be.
5)Weight lifting doesn't make me feel good the days following it like it used to.
Any help is much appreciated. I figured I would try here before going to the doctor's office just for him to tell me to take a viagra pill and stop "worrying" about the issue. I don't need a viagra pill, I need my god damn health back.
