What Causes Tiredness, Less Energy And Joint Pains?

Hi, can u tell me what might be making me feel really tired all the time, i wake up feeling like i havent slept, but i have, do something like hoover, or garden cutting and my body feels drained, feel like i have all my eneery zapped, my joints ache all the time, mostly back of neck/ shoulders and hips, lower back, and legs. My head feels fuzzy 80% of the time.
