What Causes Tiredness While Having High BP?

Blood pressure is 155/88 pulse is 114, ha've not felt quite right today. Very very tired. I know its not normal but yet not sure if a trip to the er is necessary. Breathing is okay but im feel in very worn and if I do much I do get out of breath. 44 year old mildly obese female.
