What Causes Tiredness,moodiness,headaches,nausea,diarrhea And Diziness?

I have been feeling realy tiredand extremely moody for about four days I've also been getting on and off headaches during this period along with diarrhea and nausea I was just taking a shower and I keep feeling like the from was spinning and that I was about to fall over. This symptom has gradually gotten worse in the past eight hours. I started my menstrual cycle a day ago Ive also in the past four days gotten a sore and swollen throat and light fevers every once in a while
