I have a small painless tissue growth just inside the vagina. I've had it just a couple of months. I'm 52 and perimenopausal. I get spotting and occasional a genuine menstrual cycle. I've had some spine procedures in the last 20 months and my hCG has been generally 14-17, not pregnant. I've also been battling generalized vulvodynia for over 2 years
