What Causes Tissue Protruding From Vagina Which Is Painful During Intercourse?

I have tissue protruding from my vagina. It hurts when I have sex and I feel like I have lower abdominal pain when I press down on it. The tissue that is outside of the vaginal opening is very sensitive and it sticks out a lot more after sex. I had bacterial vaginosis last year and forgot to take the full prescription of antibiotics and still have a discharge that doesn t smell great . Could this swelling be from untreated BV or is this a prolapse?
